Finding anything that small was pretty much impossible..
I had been to proper bra fittings before and measured in at a 28 band. Finding anything that small was pretty much
impossible, and even when I was able to find stores that carried smaller sizes, the sales associates would be
bringing out training bras. It was embarrassing. Finally, with the help of Ellen at The Art of Shaping and Emily at The
Little Bra Company, I have bras that fit properly and look amazing. The Ethel and Sascha fit perfectly and they are so
comfortable. I don't want to take them off! Thank you so much!

Having never been professionally fitted for a bra before, I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by
the experience. I've walked into places that offer that service, but usually turned right back around because I felt
intimidated by the expensive products and the smug attitudes of the salespeople. So I thought I would give 'Art of
Shaping' a try on a friend's recommendation. My bra fitting consultant was very professional, knowledgeable and
helpful with suggestions, and not at all intrusive or pushy. I found my fitting session to be quite informative, and
with a range of products available to accommodate my various needs. I usually take my bra and underthings for
granted (grab & go!), but the proper one makes all the difference. The products I tried on were comfortable yet
flattering, and made from quality materials. The prices were reasonable - I came away impressed and with three bras,
more than the number I would normally purchase at once! My clothes fit better and I feel more confident. If you've

In addition, I found that my own bra was not the right size for me. I had chosen the wrong size and kept wearing it
for a long time…which is not good for my body. I could clearly see the difference now that I’ve tried one of your bras,
plus with the correct bra size. I have heard that if I choose the right bra & size and wear the bra regularly, the bra
could shape and lift my breast. My breasts shape can actually change. So I’m planning on buying the shape-up bras
(brand?) and stop wearing my own bras… Plus the whole experience was comfortable and fun!!! June K.

clothes I would never have tried before. Now I want to challenge new fashion styles. I’m enjoying this a lot… and it

was never satisfied with their selections and my concerns regarding “my girls." I first heard about Art of Shaping
through a friend. She convinced me that there are ways to enhance and shape “my girls" naturally. I finally went for a
bra fitting with Ellen Chan, the owner of The Art of Shaping. Because I knew she is a Registered Nurse, I felt more at
ease and felt more trusting. Ellen is very informative and professional. She addressed all the issues I had with my
figure. Apparently, I was wearing the wrong bra size. Before The Art of Shaping - I was wearing a 32A bra. After
wearing products from The Art of Shaping for about a year, I'm now a 32C!! Now, I only wear their products! Thanks

Research - A Marathon Runner in Vancouver tested our TAB Bra. She ran a 30 KM using a regular

There are 2 major things that I have noticed after a month of using the TAB bra...
Better Posture & Better Support
I realize that I am walking with a better posture with my shoulders pulled back and my chest forward
since wearing the TAB bra. One of the reasons for this is that the shoulder straps are not elasticized and
actually pull your breasts up and let your shoulders fall back instead of falling forward and making you
slouch.
Bras with underwires and fitness bras don't give much support for women with larger cup sizes as the
wire doesn't sit in the right place or the tight fabric flattens the breasts. The support straps for the TAB
bra creates a more stable support for the breasts and they feel more comfortable during exercise.
I have found that wearing the TAB bra has been a very positive experience for me. ~ Nancy M.

For the past four years I have worked hard to lose weight and look the way I've always dreamed about.

and because of this, I have had to seek the professional advice of Ellen Chan. In addition to finding
bras for every day use that not only fit the shape of my breasts but provide lift and fullness, I've had to

I use it for EVERY workout which has improved my workouts because I'm more confident to do intense
exercise that usually "bounces" the breasts. Wearing the TAB bra alows me the freedom to do any and
all workouts without the worry of "bouncing" and/or falling out of my bra. I would recommend the TAB
bra to every woman as an everyday bra and especially as a workout bra.

opened ... and the black lacy bra peaking out. Let just say my boyfriend did notice the bra, the push up effect, and
how nice my breasts looked.
