defects for 90 days from purchase date.
No refunds on our products due to the intimate nature of our products.
SHIPPING POLICES
We typically ship within 5-7 days, however some items may take up to 2 weeks for delivery, depending upon the
item ordered and the shipping destination. Back orders will be filled within 3 weeks or you will be notified if the
merchandise will take longer to ship. We will notify you immediately if the merchandise is not available.
We ship Canada Post, but may use other carriers at our discretion. For orders outside Canada, please contact
us for shipping rates.
